This Privacy Notice describes how and why we might access, collect, store, use, and/or share your personal information when you use our services, including when you visit nordinsight.com, use the NordInsight Implant Database, or engage with us in other related ways including sales, marketing, or events.

We collect personal information that you voluntarily provide when you register, express interest in our services, participate in activities, or contact us. This may include:

Sensitive information: We do not process sensitive information.

Information automatically collected

We automatically collect certain information when you visit, use, or navigate the Services. This includes device and usage information such as your IP address, browser and device characteristics, operating system, language preferences, referring URLs, and information about how and when you use our Services. This information is primarily needed to maintain the security and operation of our Services and for our internal analytics and reporting purposes. We also collect information through cookies and similar technologies, including:

  • Log and usage data — IP address, device information, browser type, activity within the Services, date/time stamps, pages viewed, searches, and other actions.
  • Device data — information about your computer, phone, tablet, or other device including hardware model, operating system, and system configuration information.

2. How Do We Process Your Information?

If you are located in the EU or UK: We rely on Consent, Performance of a Contract, Legitimate Interests, Legal Obligations, and Vital Interests as legal bases under GDPR and UK GDPR.

As part of our Services, we offer products, features, or tools powered by artificial intelligence, machine learning, or similar technologies. We provide these through third-party service providers including OpenAI. Your input, output, and personal information may be shared with and processed by these AI Service Providers. You must not use the AI Products in any way that violates the terms or policies of any AI Service Provider. To opt out, contact us using the contact information provided below.

7. How Long Do We Keep Your Information?

We will only keep your personal information for as long as it is necessary for the purposes set out in this Privacy Notice, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law. No purpose in this notice will require us keeping your personal information for longer than the period of time in which users have an account with us. When we have no ongoing legitimate business need to process your personal information, we will delete or anonymize it.

8. How Do We Keep Your Information Safe?

We have implemented appropriate and reasonable technical and organizational security measures designed to protect the security of any personal information we process. However, no electronic transmission over the Internet or information storage technology can be guaranteed to be 100% secure. Transmission of personal information to and from our Services is at your own risk. You should only access the Services within a secure environment.

9. Do We Collect Information From Minors?

We do not knowingly collect, solicit data from, or market to children under 18 years of age. By using the Services, you represent that you are at least 18. If we learn that personal information from users less than 18 years of age has been collected, we will deactivate the account and take reasonable measures to promptly delete such data. Depending on your location, you may have the right to request access to and obtain a copy of your personal information, request rectification or erasure, restrict processing, data portability, and not be subject to automated decision-making. To exercise these rights, contact us using the details in Section 14 below.

If you are located in the EEA or UK and believe we are unlawfully processing your personal information, you have the right to complain to your Member State data protection authority or the UK data protection authority. If you are in Switzerland, contact the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner.

Withdrawing your consent: You can withdraw your consent at any time by contacting us using the contact details in Section 14. This will not affect the lawfulness of processing before its withdrawal.

Opting out of marketing: You can unsubscribe at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in our emails or by contacting us directly.

11. Controls for Do-Not-Track Features

Most web browsers and some mobile operating systems include a Do-Not-Track (DNT) feature. No uniform technology standard for recognizing and implementing DNT signals has been finalized, and we do not currently respond to DNT browser signals. If a standard is adopted that we must follow, we will update this Privacy Notice accordingly. California law requires us to inform you that we do not respond to DNT signals at this time.

We have not disclosed, sold, or shared any personal information to third parties for a business or commercial purpose in the preceding twelve months. We will not sell or share personal information belonging to website visitors, users, and other consumers.
